CLINICAL
Psychotherapy can help you learn important skills and gain the necessary tools to better understand yourself, adjust to ever-changing situations, make changes to improve your quality of life, help you achieve your current goals, improve your mood, make decisions, or develop stronger relationships. I strive to create a therapeutic alliance where goals for treatment are developed collaboratively and evaluated throughout the treatment process. I rely on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) interventions including mindfulness-based 3rd wave CBT techniques while considering the needs and interests of each individual. Sessions are offered remotely via videoconference using a client portal. The length of psychotherapy can range depending on your needs.
Brain training or cognitive rehabilitation involves engaging in exercises and learning strategies to improve cognitive functions such as attention, concentration, memory, executive functioning, activities of daily living and more. I develop individualized treatment plans based on areas of difficulty identified by the patient, recommendations from neuropsychological evaluations, healthcare providers and/or family members. The goals for treatment are set in the first few sessions and progress is monitored throughout the course of treatment.

Weight loss individual coaching is available for those looking to make behavioral changes to achieve their weight management goals. Successful weight loss requires collaboration and support. I will provide clients with a 12-week program that meets for 45-minutes once a week via videoconferencing. The program helps individuals develop attainable goals, identify thoughts and behavior patterns that have led to unsuccessful weight loss and implement new sustainable strategies to reach their goals. This program can be completed as an individual or with a partner. Fee: $2,400 for 12-week program.
I provide coaching for groups in the areas of weight loss and stress management. The programs range from 4 to 12-weeks depending on the topic and group goals.
